SPEAKER GBAJABIAMILA, WIFE AND RT HON. GAGDI ROUND OFF TWO-DAY PRIVATE VISIT TO JOS, PLATEAU STATE

The speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Femi Gbajabiamila has today, rounded off a two-day private visit of Jos, to condole with his inlaws over the demise of his mother inlaw who died some time last year.

The Speaker, in company of Rt Hon. Gagdi were  in the state with the speaker's wife, who was in the United States when her mother died last year and was unable to come to Nigeria due to COVID 19 restrictions. She just returned to the country last weekend and decided to come home and condole with other family members, alongside her husband.

You will recall that the Speaker was in Jos without his wife when her mother died.

The speaker's visit culminated in a private visit to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt Hon. Simon Lalong along side his wife and Rt Hon Gagdi where they held a closed door meeting that lasted over 30 minutes before he left for the airport earlier today and depart for Abuja.

Discussion at the meeting centred on how best to explore federal connections to attract development to Plateau State, using the office of the Speaker to facilitate human and physical development to the state.

Gagdi's bond with the leadership of the House of Representatives is a pointer to the good tidings for PKK, and Plateau State in general.

Rt Hon. Gagdi, who has been interfacing with his constituents in the last three weekends, covering Kanam and Pankshin respectively, did not return to Abuja with the speaker, but stayed back to meet the people of Kanke LGA tomorrow.

We at Gagdi Media Forum are proud of our principal's exploits in the National Assembly and Nigeria so far, and wish him more bountiful goodies for the people of PKK and Plateau State in General.
